When you peruse Lone Mountain Wagyu’s selection of Wagyu beef products, you may be surprised to find sausage links among them. Our Wagyu sausage is superior to other links in its purity—there’s no filler material here! Along with our guides to steak and roast, read on for your complete guide to Wagyu beef: sausage edition.
What’s in It?
You won’t find any hormones or additives in our Wagyu sausage. Naturally gluten and dairy-free, we use a decadent selection of brisket, filet mignon, ribeye, and other cuts to grind into gourmet links. You may not see the actual marbling of the fat anymore, but rest assured that it’s in there! One bite into a link of our Wagyu sausage, and you’ll taste its remarkable difference from mass-produced links.
How Do I Cook It?
How do you cook other sausages? You don’t need to treat Wagyu sausage with kid gloves, but do know that Lone Mountain Wagyu ships all of our Wagyu beef products frozen and uncooked. Thaw it out according to your preference, and if you’re hosting a cookout, throw it on the barbecue and grill it the way you’d grill any other sausage. If you prefer to cook on a skillet, use medium-high heat and enough water to cover the bottom ¼ of the links. Cook on each side for about three minutes or until the water boils off. Add a pat of butter (about ½ tablespoon) and continue to cook, flipping regularly, until browned.
What Occasions Call For It?
Next time someone in your family wants to go out for dinner, pull your Wagyu sausages out of the fridge or freezer instead! Birthdays, family get-togethers, and even simple Sunday night dinners get a luxurious kick with any Wagyu product. And sausages are just as easy to eat as they are to cook!
