License and Site Access. Lone Mountain Wagyu, LLC grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Lone Mountain Wagyu, LLC. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Lone Mountain Wagyu, LLC.

Risk Of Loss. All items purchased from Lone Mountain Wagyu, LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions.Lone Mountain Wagyu, LLC attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Lone Mountain Wagyu, LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Refund Policy (Last Updated: [01/25/2024]): If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our beef and would like to request a refund, please contact us via email at info@lonemountainwagyu.com and provide (i) the order confirmation number for the order you want to refund, and (ii) a brief description of the reason for your refund request. Lone Mountain reserves the right to verify information -- including by requiring photographic evidence of spoilage, damage, or package loss -- to determine eligibility for a refund and to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of Lone Mountain’s refund policy.  Lone Mountain reserves the right to change or discontinue this policy at any time, effective upon posting of the revised policy or removal of the policy.  The “Last Updated” date above indicates when this policy was last changed.  By making a purchase after changes are posted or made, you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.

Any dispute relating in any way to Lone Mountain Wagyu, LLC or to products you purchase from Lone Mountain Wagyu, LLC shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction and venue to courts in COUNTY INFO TK, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts.
